By accessing or using WidgetifyPro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WidgetifyPro's website, products, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them.
If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
WidgetifyPro provides a platform that allows users to create, customize, and embed website widgets including but not limited to review widgets, social feed widgets, chat widgets, forms, popups, countdown timers, and other tools designed to enhance website functionality and business performance.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may temporarily suspend the Service for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes that materially affect your use of the Service.
To use most features of WidgetifyPro, you must create an account. You are responsible for:
You may not share your account with others or create multiple free accounts. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these rules.
WidgetifyPro offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selection at signup. All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for the renewal amount.
We may change subscription prices at any time. We will notify you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Prices shown do not include applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax). Applicable taxes will be added at checkout based on your location.

All content on WidgetifyPro — including our brand, logo, widget code, designs, documentation, and software — is owned by WidgetifyPro and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.
You retain ownership of any content you create or upload using our Service (such as form configurations, custom widget settings, or uploaded images). By using our Service, you grant WidgetifyPro a limited, non-exclusive license to use your content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.
Our widgets connect to third-party platforms (Google, Instagram, Facebook, etc.). You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights and permissions to display content from those platforms on your website, in accordance with each platform's terms of service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WIDGETIFYPRO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:
Results from using our widgets (traffic, conversions, revenue) are not guaranteed and vary by website, industry, and implementation.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WIDGETIFYPRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You may cancel your account at any time by visiting your account settings or emailing support@widgetifypro.com. Upon cancellation, your widgets will stop functioning at the end of your current billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without notice, if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately and your data may be deleted after 30 days.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution is not reached within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration.
You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as part of any class action.
