At WidgetifyPro, we believe in our product and want you to feel confident trying it. That's why all new paid subscriptions are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If for any reason you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, we will refund your payment in full.

What's Covered

  • ✅ First-time purchases on any paid plan (Basic, Pro, Business)
  • ✅ Annual plan purchases within 30 days of payment
  • ✅ Monthly plan purchases within 30 days of first payment
  • ✅ Accidental duplicate charges — refunded immediately
  • ✅ Charges made during a technical error on our side

What's Not Covered

⚠️ The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • ❌ Refund requests made after 30 days of the original payment
  • ❌ Second or subsequent monthly renewal charges (you can cancel before renewal)
  • ❌ Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms of Service
  • ❌ Free plan — the free plan has no charges, so no refund applies
  • ❌ Partial month refunds after plan downgrade (plans remain active until period ends)
  • ❌ Charges disputed directly with your bank/card issuer without contacting us first

How to Request a Refund

Getting a refund is simple. Follow these steps:

    Email us at billing@widgetifypro.com with the subject line "Refund Request"

    Include your account email address and the approximate date of your purchase

    Optionally, let us know why you'd like a refund — your feedback helps us improve
  • 4
    We'll process your refund within 3–5 business days and send you a confirmation
  • 5
    Funds appear in your bank account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your WidgetifyPro subscription at any time with no penalties or cancellation fees.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • Your widgets continue working until that date
  • After the billing period ends, your widgets will be deactivated
  • Your account data is retained for 30 days before permanent deletion (you can reactivate within this window)

To cancel, go to Account Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription, or email support@widgetifypro.com.

Plan Downgrades

If you downgrade from a higher plan to a lower one, your current plan remains active until the end of the billing period. The new lower plan takes effect on the next billing date. No partial refunds are issued for downgraded plans.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card issuer. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in immediate account suspension and may forfeit your eligibility for a refund. We are always happy to resolve issues directly and quickly.
